The Role
Frac Consultant (Short-Term Contract with Potential Full-Time Opportunity) – MIddle East Location: Saudi Arabia Type: Short-term consulting role (with opportunity to transition to full-time) We’re looking for an experienced Frac Consultant to join our operations team in Saudi Arabia. This role starts as a short-term engagement, with the potential to evolve into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily hydraulic fracturing (fracking) operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance. • Conduct QA/QC testing on frac fluids and components. • Perform laboratory testing using equipment to measure the quality of fluids and components. • Monitor pump schedules, fluid volumes, proppant concentrations, and pressure data during operations. • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations. • Analyze operational data to optimize fluid performance. • Troubleshoot technical or operational issues as they arise. • Collaborate closely with operators, service providers, and onsite crews to maintain smooth operations.

The initial offering was solving complex problems with specialized surfactants. They quickly grew the portfolio to include scale inhibitors, friction reducers, and combination fluids. CrudeChem is now serving clients in many basins within the lower 48 states and continues to pursue opportunities to grow by committing itself to provide leading chemical solutions and services by pairing performance and efficiency with affordability.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum/Chemical Engineering or a related field. • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of hydraulic fracturing processes and field operations. Expertise in fluid chemistry and laboratory skills is a must. Experience: Hands-on field experience in frac operations is essential. • Software & Equipment: Familiarity with fracturing simulation tools, and field monitoring equipment. • Certifications: Relevant industry certifications such as H2S or Well Control preferred. • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
