Summary of Role

We are looking for an experienced CFO that wants to join the Rock CFO team in Kansas City. Our CFOs work with multiple small and medium sized businesses in the $5M to $50M range on a fractional basis.

Job Description

Rock CFO level the playing field for small business owners by offering CFO expertise and services. You will work for clients as their CFO on a fractional basis, typically 1 day per week. Client services are generally performed onsite with some flexibility to work in a hybrid model. Thus, the CFO candidates will need to live in Kansas City.

While you will be involved in some of the client onboarding process, Rock CFO usually finds the clients for and with you. Thus, allowing you to focus on being a great CFO and work directly with businesses.

• Have the experience and comfort-level to work with closely held businesses in the $5M to $50M annual sales range.
• Looking for the flexibility to a schedule that a Fractional CFO provides
• Committed to being a Fractional CFO for the long haul. Not interim work between full-time positions.
• Must be located in Kanas City, MO - hybrid is ok; this is NOT a remote only position.
