Luxury Concierge Medical Practice – New York City (Remote / Hybrid)

Expected Hours: 10–20 hours per week
Compensation: $5,000–$8,000 per month + performance-based incentives

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead growth strategy and patient acquisition for a high-end, physician-led concierge medical practice based in New York City.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building and optimizing predictable, ROI-driven marketing systems for high-ticket medical services. This position is ideal for a senior growth leader who prefers accountability, autonomy, and measurable outcomes over managing large teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize end-to-end patient acquisition funnels (Meta / Google → CRM → consult → conversion)
  • Own marketing strategy for high-ticket services and concierge programs
  • Oversee paid media performance, including Meta and Google Ads (strategy and accountability; not necessarily day-to-day buying)
  • Optimize lead conversion through landing pages, CRM automations, SMS/email workflows, and scheduling flows
  • Manage and hold external vendors accountable (SEO, creatives, media buyers)
  • Track and report on core performance metrics including cost per booked consult, conversion rates, and revenue per lead
  • Continuously test, iterate, and scale what works while eliminating underperforming efforts

  • Consistent flow of high-intent booked consultations
  • Predictable customer acquisition costs
  • Clean attribution across marketing channels
  • Scalable systems that do not rely on founders for execution
  • Clear weekly performance reporting and actionable recommendations

Qualifications

Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketing leadership
  • Proven experience scaling high-ticket services ($5,000+ price points)
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and conversion optimization
  • Experience building and managing CRM-based funnels (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Comfortable owning KPIs tied to revenue and ROI

Preferred:

  • Experience in medical, aesthetic, wellness, or luxury services
  • Familiarity with concierge or membership-based business models
  • NYC or luxury market experience

This Role Is Not

  • An agency or outsourced vendor position
  • An entry-level or junior marketing role

This is a strategic growth operator role.

Compensation & Structure

  • Monthly retainer: $5,000–$8,000
  • Performance incentives tied to revenue and growth milestones
  • Flexible engagement structure with long-term upside for strong performance
