About the Role
We are seeking a well-connected Healthcare IT Strategic Advisor to support our growth in the US market. This is a fractional, relationship-driven role designed for a senior professional with deep roots in the healthcare technology ecosystem.
This is not a traditional sales or business development position. Instead, we’re looking for someone who brings an established network, credibility, and firsthand experience navigating the US healthcare IT landscape.
Who You Are
- 10–15 years of experience in US healthcare IT.
- Experience with; Health systems, Healthtech companies, Healthcare consulting firms.
- Strong personal network of healthcare technology decision-makers.
- Known for trusted relationships—not transactional sales.
What You’ll Do
- Leverage your network to facilitate warm introductions to qualified healthcare IT prospects (target: 5+ per month)
- Join initial intro calls briefly to establish context and credibility, then transition the conversation
- Provide strategic insights into:
- -US healthcare buying cycles-Market positioning-Stakeholder expectations
- Advise on how to effectively engage and communicate with healthcare technology buyers
- Optionally represent us at select healthcare events or industry meetups
Terms:
- Compensation: $5,000 – $8,000 per month, based on experience and network strength
- Performance-based incentives can be discussed
- Fully remote with flexible working hours
- Focus on consistent, high-quality introductions rather than time commitment
Pay: Rs5,000.00 - Rs8,000.00 per month
