OVERVIEW
The ideal candidate is confident in a sales-driven environment and brings a strong ability to guide customers through a personalized fragrance experience. This role requires initiative, product intuition, and the ability to operate independently while delivering consistent results.
You will take ownership of the full sales process—from initial engagement through final transaction—while maintaining a polished and well-presented store environment. This position includes keyholder responsibilities during assigned shifts.
A DAY IN THE ROLE…
- Engage customers and confidently guide them through fragrance discovery
- Recommend products based on preferences, scent profiles, and use cases
- Build trust through clear, confident, and personalized recommendations
- Take ownership of the full sales process, including completing transactions at the point of sale
- Contribute to overall sales performance through thoughtful product pairing and upselling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready sales floor
- Operate independently while maintaining store standards and service expectations
KEYHOLDER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain accountability for store operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure proper cash handling, security, and adherence to company standards
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate when appropriate
YOU’LL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE…
- Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience; fragrance or beauty experience preferred
- A confident, self-directed approach to selling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of your shift
- Attention to detail and a high level of personal accountability
- An interest in fragrance, scent profiles, or product knowledge development
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic physical retail tasks

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
