Trim Carpenter / Framer (1099 – Project-Based)

We are hiring an experienced Trim Carpenter / Framer for project-based residential work.

This is a 1099 contractor position. Work is job-specific — not a guaranteed long-term role.

Scope of Work:

• Wall and structural framing
• Door & window installation
• Interior trim (base, casing, crown)
• Exterior trim / PVC details
• Remodel and addition work

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in framing and/or trim
• Ability to read plans and work independently
• Own tools
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented

Pay:

$19-$25 per hour depending on experience
Paid per project or agreed hourly rate
