Duties

• Erecting and Framing structures according to schematics, blueprints, and safety protocols.
• Operate power tools, heavy equipment, and hand tools safely and efficiently during construction activities
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes
• Apply skills in siding, roofing, trim carpentry, enhance building aesthetics and durability
• Coordinate with team members on construction site activities including framing, and siding installation
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks required for framing and painting projects while maintaining safety standards

Skills

• Proven experience in metal building erection and steel framing techniques
• Strong knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing processes
• Skilled in masonry work including bricklaying, stucco application, and plastering
• Proficient in carpentry (including trim carpentry), woodworking, and wood framing
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes safely on construction sites .
• Experience with siding installation—metal or wood—as well as roofing techniques
• Competent in using power tools like drills, saws, grinders alongside hand tools for precise craftsmanship.
• Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required on construction sites
• Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction site experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
