Position Overview
The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) acts as a strategic partner to franchise owners within the 1-800 Packouts system. This role combines hands-on operational support with structured coaching to drive measurable year-over-year growth in revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA.
The FBC works directly with franchise owners to strengthen operations, improve financial clarity, and build leadership accountability. This performance-driven role is responsible for significantly improving franchise profitability and system-wide standards.
