Job Summary
Hungary Franchise LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Franchise Coordinator to support the management and development of franchise operations across its brand portfolio in Qatar. The role is responsible for coordinating communication between franchisor and franchisees, ensuring compliance with brand standards, supporting operational performance, and assisting in franchise expansion activities.
The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison to ensure smooth franchise operations, consistent brand execution, and strong business performance across all franchise locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Operations Support
- Coordinate daily communication between franchisees and head office.
- Ensure franchisees comply with brand standards, operational procedures, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor franchise performance and flag operational issues to management.
- Assist in onboarding new franchise locations, including documentation and setup support.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Conduct routine checks to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Support implementation of operational audits and quality assurance programs.
- Track corrective actions and follow up with franchisees on improvements.
Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare regular reports on franchise performance, sales, and compliance metrics.
- Maintain updated records of franchise agreements, renewals, and operational documentation.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Franchise Development Support
- Assist in identifying potential franchise locations and market opportunities.
- Support coordination of franchise expansion projects and site launches.
- Work with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent brand rollout.
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact between franchisees and internal departments.
- Facilitate meetings, training sessions, and operational updates.
- Ensure timely dissemination of corporate policies and updates to franchise partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in franchise operations, retail coordination, hospitality, or multi-unit business management.
- Strong understanding of franchise systems and operational standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
- Experience working in the GCC region is preferred.
