Position Overview

RealClean Franchisor is seeking a highly skilled Field Support Trainer with deep expertise in aviation detailing to lead franchisee training and operational support. This role is critical in ensuring new and existing franchisees execute RealClean’s proven systems with precision. The Field Support Trainer will play a hands-on role in franchise launches, traveling to new locations to guide teams through their first jobs, reinforcing best practices, and providing in-depth coaching to ensure quality and efficiency.

Beyond new franchisee onboarding, the Field Support Trainer will also conduct HQ-based training sessions, field support calls, detailing support for franchisees on larger jobs, return visits for remedial training or complex job assistance, support the fulfillment team with loading vans and . As a subject matter expert, this individual will refine training programs, uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support franchisees in maintaining the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Launch & Onboarding

• Travel to new franchise locations to oversee and lead hands-on training during their first jobs.
• Ensure franchisees and their teams master RealClean’s SOPs, tools, and service techniques with precision.
• Provide expert demonstrations and real-time coaching to establish high operational standards from day one.

Ongoing Franchisee Training & Support

• Provide ongoing phone support to franchisees, answering technical and service-related questions to help troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Conduct advanced field training visits, returning to franchise locations for complex jobs or remedial training to ensure consistent execution of RealClean’s standards.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and provide targeted solutions to help franchisees optimize workflows and improve service delivery.

Collaboration & Program Development

• Work closely with the Franchise Business Consultant (FBC), Onboarding Specialist, and leadership team to enhance training effectiveness.
• Continuously document franchisee progress and provide insights for refining RealClean’s training program.
• Assist in developing and updating training materials based on field experiences and franchisee needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in aviation detailing or a related field.
• Strong expertise in operations, field training, and SOP implementation.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% to franchise locations nationwide.
• Adaptability to work in fast-paced environments and problem-solve in real time.
