Location: Noida Sector 36 and Gurgaon Sector 28, Skinfinity Derma Clinic

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month

Job Description-

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Franchise Skin Clinic Manager to join our team at Skinfinity Derma Clinic, Noida Sector 36 and Gurgaon Sector 28. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing skin clinics and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities -

- Manage day-to-day operations of the skin clinic

- Lead a team of dermatologists, cosmetologists, and support staff

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase clinic visibility and patient engagement

- Manage patient relationships and ensure excellent customer service

- Oversee inventory management, supply chain, and clinic maintenance

- Meet sales and revenue targets

Requirements -

- MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification

- 2+ years of experience in managing a skin clinic or similar healthcare setting

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Strong business acumen and marketing skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
