Franchisee sales manager

We are looking for a motivated Franchise Sales Executive to expand our training institute network across India. The role involves identifying potential partners, explaining our franchise model, and converting leads into successful franchise tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential franchise partners.
• Present the business model, ROI, and support system effectively.
• Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and negotiations till closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
• Achieve monthly franchise sales targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or education sector preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Salary: ₹3,00000-8,00000 lpa + incentives based on performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
