Frappe/ERPNext Developer

Role Overview

As a Frappe/ERPNext Developer, you will build, optimize, and maintain backend systems using Frappe and ERPNext. You will develop scalable APIs, enhance system performance, manage databases, and troubleshoot existing applications. Working closely with product and front-end teams, you’ll deliver reliable features while ensuring clean code, strong integrations, and technical best practices. This role is ideal for developers with hands-on Frappe/ERPNext experience looking to grow in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems using Frappe & ERPNext
• Build and maintain scalable APIs and third-party integrations
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Optimize database queries for performance and scalability
• Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing applications
• Collaborate with front-end engineers and product teams to deliver features
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience Level: 2–3 years (Backend Development with Frappe/ERPNext)
• Strong hands-on experience with Frappe Framework & ERPNext (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, Redis
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices
• Strong knowledge of server-side logic and database design
• Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu environments and version control (Git)
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
