AyZar Outreach is launching the Syndara POD Beta on June 22, 2026 — a free, 3-week AI-powered career development program for students and early-career individuals. This cohort runs in partnership with Chapman University's REAL Lab as a formal research study on AI-powered career development.

How placement works:
You rank four program tracks based on course type (AI-native Syndara course or standard Coursera course) and mentorship level (mentor-guided or self-paced). We place you by fit and open seats.
