Job Summary

Are you passionate about social media, digital trends, and building an online community? Softini Solutions is looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Female Content Creator Intern to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for a student, recent graduate, or aspiring influencer looking to build a stellar portfolio, gain hands-on marketing experience, and learn the ins and outs of digital growth.

As the face and voice of our brand across short-form video platforms, you will experiment with trends, brainstorm creative campaigns, and help humanize our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Camera Presence: Act as the primary on-camera talent for our short-form video platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts).
• Content Creation: Brainstorm, script, shoot, and assist in editing engaging video and photo content that aligns with our brand voice.
• Trend Spotting: Keep a close eye on social media trends, viral audio, and pop culture moments, quickly adapting them to fit our niche.
• Community Engagement: Interact with our audience by responding to comments, direct messages, and engaging with related creators to boost community growth.
• Content Calendar: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, organize, and maintain a consistent weekly posting schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Gender: Female (Required for on-camera brand positioning).
• Camera Confidence: Comfortable, charismatic, and natural when speaking and presenting in front of the camera.
• Platform Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts algorithms and trends.
• Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with smartphone video shooting, CapCut, Canva, or basic video editing tools is highly preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Portfolio (Optional but a plus): Links to your personal TikTok/Instagram accounts or a portfolio showcasing any previous video creation.
