Free room rent/ administrative,personal Assistant

So we live in a wonderful big house that a dear friend basically gifted to us. She wanted us to have her house, the house that her father built, but my wife and I both have modest incomes. We have been trying to rent out a room in the house to help with expenses, but it is an expensive room, but at the same time I need to find an assistant.

I have a handicap that makes reading and writing and most office/desk work very, very difficult and arduous.

I am a landscaper of almost 30 years, but have also been working on a very wonderful optimistic nonprofit/project.

I need somebody I can depend on that can help me and help do desk work and make calls and do computer work such as sending emails or doing research. I need somebody who is good, smart, dependable, capable and even somewhat ambitious. Experience with office and/or nonprofit type work preferred. Somebody who believes in creativity and out of the box thinking. Somebody who is kind, considerate, trustworthy, dependable and open minded.

So this job would include the combination of free rent plus $1000 a month.

This position would start with something like a 6 month trial period.

room rent $1300. We have a room for rent in a shared home. A wonderful home in a wonderful location. It is within walking distance of the Peters Township Library, Heislers market and Montour Trail. It is a big house with lots of amenities.

We are a family of four (2 adults, a 15 & a 14 y-o) We are people with professional yet modest jobs.

A dear sweet friend, basically gifted us her home, the home her father built 70 years ago. (6 bedrooms and 4 bathroom) My wife and I have both had housemates before and they have been wonderful experiences.

My wife and I both agree this is one of the best most wonderful houses we would ever want to live in. It reminds me so much of my grandfather‘s big old happy farmhouse.

Would be willing to consider significantly discounting the rent for some help. I need help with a very ambitious nonprofit/project, a very hopeful, optimistic project that is about the need for global

cooperation and also establishing a 14 day large global event that celebrates culture, art, and music.
