Freelance 3D Artist

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, lighting, and materials — capable of transforming architectural concepts into photorealistic 3D visuals that bring spaces to life.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs for interior and exterior architectural projects.
• Work closely with architects and designers to visualize concepts accurately.
• Develop realistic lighting, textures, and materials for renders.
• Ensure timely delivery of visual assets for presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, Blender, or Unreal Engine.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and detailing.
• Experience in both residential and commercial visualization.
• Ability to interpret 2D drawings and convert them into 3D models.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating lifelike visuals.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Photoshop or other post-production tools.
• Experience in animation or walkthrough rendering.
