Freelance 3D Artist

Role Overview

We are seeking skilled Freelance 3D Artists to support our upcoming projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of producing clean, optimized, and visually polished 3D assets within defined timelines. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a professional understanding of production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create production-ready 3D models (props, environments, characters, or products as per project requirements)
• Develop textures using PBR workflows and perform UV unwrapping and baking
• Set up lighting and look-development for high-quality renders
• Optimize assets for real-time engines when required
• Share WIP updates and incorporate feedback from supervisors
• Deliver assets with proper naming, structure, and documentation

Required Skills

• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, and Substance Painter
• Strong understanding of topology, UV mapping, and PBR texturing
• Ability to produce realistic or stylized renders based on project needs
• Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine is an advantage
• Strong communication and adherence to deadlines

Deliverables

• Source files in required formats
• Texture maps in specified resolutions
• Final renders or turntables
• Engine-ready assets when applicable

Compensation

Compensation is based on asset complexity and project scope. Payments are processed promptly upon delivery and approval.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
