Freelance Account Manager

Viola is looking for an experienced Freelance Events Account Manager to collaborate with our buzzing creative agency on a project basis. As markets reopen and demand for experiential activations rises, we’re seeking dynamic professionals who can step in to manage client accounts, deliver seamless events, and bring creative concepts to life.

This is a freelance/contract role ideal for seasoned event managers who thrive in fast-paced environments and want the flexibility to work across diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support proposal submissions, RFP responses, and client pitches.
• Act as a key liaison with clients, vendors, and subcontractors during activations.
• Coordinate event production, setup, and execution with full budgetary awareness.
• Oversee creative briefs, ensuring polished and compelling presentations.
• Keep up with industry trends to deliver innovative, state-of-the-art event solutions.
• Represent Viola in client meetings, presenting agency credentials and portfolio when needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years in Event Management capacities 2 years of which in account management
• Multi sector experience with focus on Public Sector highly preferred
• Experience in costing / financials while responding to RFPs is mandatory
