We are looking for a Business Development Executive with proven experience in Upwork bidding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, submitting effective proposals, and helping the company secure consistent, quality clients.

Responsibilities:

1-) Identify suitable projects on Upwork

2-) Write and submit customized proposals

3-) Communicate professionally with clients

4-) Coordinate with internal teams for project details

5-) Meet daily and monthly bidding targets

Requirements:

1-) Experience in Upwork bidding or freelance platforms

2-) Strong English writing and communication skills

3-) Good understanding of client requirements

4-) Target-oriented and well-organized
