Freelance Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelance architect. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes and local regulations, with a specific focus on Maharashtra. The role involves providing expert advice and designs on various architectural projects, ensuring compliance with the Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations (UDCPR).

Responsibilities:

* Provide architectural consulting services and designs for a variety of projects.

* Review and analyze architectural plans and designs.

* Ensure compliance with UDCPR and other relevant building codes and regulations in Maharashtra.

* Prepare and review architectural renderings and presentations.

* Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.

* Offer solutions to design and construction challenges.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

* Minimum of 5-15 years of experience in architectural design and consulting.

* In-depth knowledge of UDCPR and building regulations in Maharashtra.

* Strong skills in creating architectural renderings, including facade design and rendering skills using V-Ray, Lumion, and Photoshop.

* Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Must be registered with the Maharashtra Council of Architecture.
