As a freelance architect listed on the Spayci app, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise, bid on diverse projects, and work directly with clients to bring their visions to life. This role offers flexibility, creative control, and the chance to build your portfolio while earning competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Project Design and Development: Create detailed architectural designs, blueprints, and 3D renderings based on client specifications, using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Lumion.
• Client Collaboration: Engage with clients through the Spayci app to understand project requirements, provide consultations, and deliver tailored design solutions.
• Drafting and Documentation: Produce accurate construction plans, floor plans, elevations, and other technical drawings to guide project implementation.
• Project Management: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability principles.
• Portfolio Maintenance: Keep your Spayci profile updated with your latest projects, certifications, and client reviews to attract new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or Interior Designers,Licensed architects are preferred but not mandatory, depending on project requirements and local regulations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or landscape design projects, including 2D/3D renderings and technical drawings.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders via the Spayci app or in-person meetings.
• Business Acumen: Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and client expectations independently as a freelancer.
• Adaptability: Comfort working on diverse projects, from small-scale renovations to large commercial developments, with varying client needs.
