Finspectors.ai is an AI-native audit workspace built for CPA and audit firms. We help audit teams improve audit execution, risk assessment, documentation, review workflows, and audit quality using AI-assisted workflows.

Our founder will be in the US in June around AICPA ENGAGE, and we are looking to book qualified conversations with audit and assurance leaders at CPA firms.

Role overview

We are looking for a freelance appointment setter or B2B outreach specialist to help us book qualified meetings with US-based CPA firm leaders.

This is a success-fee-based role. We will provide the target profile, outreach messaging, qualification rules, and meeting links. Your responsibility will be to identify relevant contacts, execute outreach, follow up professionally, and help schedule qualified meetings.

Who you will target

You will reach out to senior professionals at CPA and audit firms, including:

  • Audit Partners
  • Assurance Partners
  • Managing Partners
  • Quality Partners
  • Audit Directors
  • Assurance Directors
  • Senior Audit Managers involved in audit quality, review, or technology decisions

The target firms should provide services such as financial statement audits, assurance, attest, reviews, nonprofit audits, governmental audits, or employee benefit plan audits.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify relevant CPA and audit firm contacts in the US
  • Send professional LinkedIn and email outreach messages using provided scripts
  • Follow up with prospects in a structured and respectful way
  • Qualify prospects based on title, firm type, and relevance
  • Coordinate meeting scheduling with our founder
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and booked meetings in a shared sheet
  • Ensure all communication is professional, accurate, and aligned with our positioning

What counts as a qualified meeting

A qualified meeting must be:

  • With a US-based audit, assurance, quality, or managing partner/director at a CPA firm
  • With a firm that actually provides audit, assurance, attest, review, or financial statement audit services
  • Attended by the prospect for at least 15 minutes
  • Relevant to audit execution, audit quality, review pressure, AI in audit, or workflow modernization

We do not pay for no-shows, tax-only contacts, bookkeeping-only firms, consultants, students, vendors, or unqualified junior contacts.

Compensation

  • $50 - $100 per qualified held meeting
  • $100- $200 if it converts to product Demo
  • Additional bonus may be considered if a meeting converts into a serious product demo or pilot discussion
  • This is a freelance, performance-based role

Ideal candidate

  • Experience with B2B appointment setting, LinkedIn outreach, or email outreach
  • Comfortable reaching out to senior professionals
  • Strong written English and professional communication skills
  • Experience selling or booking meetings for SaaS, professional services, accounting, finance, compliance, or consulting is preferred
  • Ability to follow a structured process and update tracking sheets regularly
  • Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
