Freelance B2B Business Developer — AI Voice Agents | 20% Commission (Uncapped) | USA & Canada

We're hiring closers — well, technically the closer is our co-founder. You're the one who books the call.

WhyO AI is a done-for-you AI integration company. We deploy AI voice agents that handle inbound calls, qualify leads, and book appointments 24/7 for businesses across North America. Our clients stop paying for receptionists, missed calls, and slow follow-ups. They start with us at $399/month and scale up.

We're looking for 2–3 freelance Business Developers to prospect US and Canadian businesses on LinkedIn (and anywhere else you hunt) and book qualified discovery calls with our co-founder. He closes. You collect.

The deal:

• 100% commission. No base, no draw, no salary.
• 20% of every deal you source — paid on collected revenue
• Recurring commissions on retained accounts (you keep earning while they keep paying)
• Fully remote, set your own hours
• BYOT (Bring Your Own Tools) — your LinkedIn, your outreach stack, your CRM
• Target market: USA & Canada SMBs and mid-market companies

What we sell (so you know what you're pitching): AI voice agents that sound human, never sleep, and replace the cost of a full inbound team. Also WhatsApp AI chatbots and email automation. Industries that bite hardest: real estate, medical/dental clinics, home services, agencies, e-commerce, professional services, automotive, hospitality.

What you need to win here:

• Proven B2B outbound experience (cold DMs, cold email, cold calling — whichever is your weapon)
• You can book 5+ qualified discovery calls per week, consistently
• You're comfortable in LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or have your own equivalent)
• You understand the AI/automation space well enough to qualify, not just pitch
• Self-starter. We're not micromanaging — we're paying for results.

What you do NOT need:

• A college degree
• To be based in the US/Canada (you just need to sell into it)
• To close anything — the co-founder runs the demos and closes

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
