The Role: RestoManage is a rapidly growing tech startup providing high-converting "Website as a Service" (WaaS) packages specifically designed for local restaurants and cafeterias.

We are looking for driven, well-connected freelance sales professionals to hit the pavement and pitch our web solutions directly to restaurant owners and managers. If you already have a network in the local F&B sector—or if you simply know how to walk into a restaurant, bypass the gatekeepers, and close a deal with the decision-maker—we want to partner with you.

There is no basic salary, no office politics, and no micromanagement. You eat what you kill, and you get paid fast.

How You Get Paid: You take a massive cut of the upfront cash the moment the deal closes.

On average, our reps take home around 300 AED upfront per closed deal, depending on the package sold. Close just one average deal a day, and you are making over 7,500+ AED a month working entirely on your own schedule.

There is no ceiling here. The harder you hustle, the more you take home.

Who You Are:

• You have proven experience in outdoor B2B sales, specifically targeting the F&B industry.
• Highly Preferred: Former sales reps for food aggregators (Talabat, Noon, Deliveroo) or POS systems.
• You are fearless and comfortable walking into restaurants cold to speak directly with decision-makers.
• You speak fluent English (Arabic is a massive plus).
• You want uncapped earning potential based entirely on your hustle.
• You have your own valid UAE residency visa (Freelance, Golden, or Sponsor/Spouse visa). We do not provide visa sponsorship for this independent contractor role.
