We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Freelance Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience bidding on platforms such as Freelancer, Upwork, or similar, with a strong understanding of web development and graphic design services.

You will be responsible for generating quality leads, submitting winning proposals, and converting opportunities into projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on freelancing platforms (Freelancer, Upwork, etc.)
  • Write customized and compelling proposals based on client requirements
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand project scope and expectations
  • Coordinate with internal web development and design teams to ensure feasibility
  • Maintain records of bids, leads, and follow-ups
  • Meet monthly targets for lead generation and project conversion

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in bidding on freelancing platforms
  • Practical understanding of:
  • WordPress
  • Shopify
  • Basic web development & graphic design services
  • Strong English communication and proposal-writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on conversions
