Salary: PKR 50,000–80,000/month

We’re hiring a dedicated Freelance Bidder to work onsite from our Lahore office and lead our client acquisition efforts on platforms like Upwork. If you're an expert in writing persuasive proposals and have experience in Guest Posting and Link Building, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bid on Guest Posting & Link Building projects on Upwork
• Write custom proposals tailored to each project
• Manage and update the proposal pipeline
• Follow up on leads and maintain client records
• Understand client needs & prepare accurate estimates
• Communicate effectively with clients
• Coordinate with the project delivery team
• Discover and pursue new business opportunities
• Share performance reports and suggest improvements
• Keep up with freelancing trends and Upwork algorithm updates

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of experience as a successful Upwork bidder
• Consistent monthly Upwork sales of $2,000+
• Strong command of written English for proposals
• Previous experience in Guest Posting & Link Building bidding
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
