Freelance Business Development Executives (UAE Experienced)

A leading digital marketing company in Dubai is hiring Freelance Business Development Executives on a commission-basis.

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong UAE market knowledge, proven sales experience, and an extensive local business network. If you have worked in a UAE-based digital marketing agency and enjoy performance-driven roles, this opportunity is for you.

Role Overview

As a Freelance Business Development Executive, you will:

• Identify, approach, and close new clients across the UAE.
• Promote our digital marketing services including:
• Website Development
• Google My Business (GMB) Listing
• Social Media Marketing
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• and other digital services.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective networking and consultative selling.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Business Development or Sales experience in a UAE-based digital marketing company (mandatory).
• Strong UAE market network and proven ability to generate leads.
• UAE resident with a valid residence visa.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (Web Development, SEO, Social Media, GMB, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and active listening ability.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
