We are expanding our business development team and looking for a results-driven individual to help us grow our client pipeline across top freelance platforms.
Role overview
You will be responsible for two distinct streams: actively bidding on projects and generating leads on Upwork and Freelancer, while also managing and optimizing our Fiverr seller profile to attract inbound clients. Your goal is to maximize project flow and build a strong, consistent revenue pipeline for Codexa Soft.

Key responsibilities
-
Research and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer with customized, persuasive proposals

Create, optimize, and manage Fiverr gig listings titles, descriptions, pricing packages, and tags to maximize impressions and conversions

Respond promptly to Fiverr inquiries and buyer requests to maintain strong response rates and seller metrics

Build and nurture client relationships across platforms to secure repeat business and positive reviews

Track weekly lead generation and conversion metrics and report to management

Collaborate with the internal team to accurately scope projects before onboarding clients

Continuously research competitor gigs and proposals to keep our positioning sharp
What we're looking for

Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork (please share profile link and past results)

Hands-on experience managing and growing a Fiverr seller profile, not just creating gigs, but optimizing them for performance

Strongly written English proposals and gig copy must be professional, clear, and compelling

Understanding of IT/software services and how to position them to international clients

Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently

Experience with Freelancer.com bidding is a bonus and will be valued
