Freelance Business Development / Online Bidder

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Bidder to help us secure projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to understand client requirements, and experience in writing winning proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant projects on freelancing platforms.
• Write customized, professional proposals to attract clients.
• Communicate with clients to understand project needs.
• Coordinate with our internal team to prepare accurate technical and financial responses.
• Maintain records of bids, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a freelance bidder or business development executive.
• Familiarity with IT services (software development, digital marketing, web design, etc.).
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Knowledge of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).

Compensation:

• Fixed salary + commission (based on performance and project closures).
