Role

We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Freelance Business Development Partner to join us on a commission basis. If you have a strong network and passion for creative media, this role offers the opportunity to turn connections into commission.

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, from inbound project leads to outbound partnerships. In return, you'll earn a competitive commission on every successful deal you bring to OCTOSOUP.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities across creative, media, and marketing sectors
• Represent the OCTOSOUP brand to potential clients with professionalism and confidence
• Collaborate with our creative and production teams to tailor pitches that win
• Help us expand into new industries and verticals with fresh insights and contacts

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales (preferably in media, marketing, or advertising)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven you love closing deals
• Able to work independently and meet performance targets
• Experience in leadership development, consulting, or project management is a plus
• Bilingual (Arabic/English) is highly preferred
• Based in or near Riyadh

Compensation

This is a freelance/commission-based opportunity. Commission details will be discussed during the interview stage.
