Nine Star Properties is seeking a talented and funny Freelance Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across social media platforms, focusing on making real estate engaging, accessible, and highly shareable. This is a commission-based freelance role perfect for someone who lives and breathes online trends.

The Role:

You will be responsible for end-to-end content creation, including conceptualizing, filming, editing, and scheduling daily content for our social channels (primarily Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts).

Conceptualize: Brainstorm and develop original, funny, and engaging short-form video concepts (e.g., skits, challenges, day-in-the-life, quick tips) that align with current social media trends.

Create & Film: Confidently film and appear in videos, or direct and coach our agents to appear in content.

Edit: Deliver high-quality, professionally edited videos with trendy music, effects, and text overlays suitable for fast consumption.

Trendjacking: Stay ahead of the curve, quickly adapting trending sounds and formats to fit the Dubai real estate niche.

Optimize: Write compelling captions and use platform-specific tags to maximize reach and engagement.

What We're Looking For

Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience (portfolio required) creating successful, high-engagement content on TikTok or Instagram Reels. Experience in real estate or luxury brands is a major plus.

Creative Mindset: A genuinely funny and creative personality with the ability to turn mundane property features into entertaining content.

Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in mobile editing apps (e.g., CapCut, VN, etc.) and native platform editing tools.

Reliability: Ability to consistently deliver a high volume of quality content on a weekly or daily schedule.

Local Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with the Dubai/UAE market and local content nuances is a significant advantage.

Compensation and Perks

This is a Freelance, Project-Based Role with competitive compensation:

Per-Video/Project Fee: Compensation will be negotiated based on your experience and the required content volume.

Creative Freedom: We provide the properties and the brand guidelines; you provide the creativity. We value new ideas and give you the autonomy to test new concepts.

Flexible Schedule: Work remotely and set your own hours, provided content deadlines are met.
