About the Role

We are looking for creative minds who love expressing ideas through words and can shape the voice of our dynamic B2B SaaS brands! As a Content Writer, you’ll get the opportunity to write fresh, meaningful, and impactful content that drives audience engagement across all our communication channels & connects with real audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Content Generation: Write compelling, original content, including articles, blogs, website copy, social media posts, and internal communications.

AI Tool Integration: Efficiently leverage AI writing tools to accelerate content ideation, drafting, and optimization, while ensuring the final output is 100% human-edited and on-brand.

Editing & Refinement: Review, edit, and proofread all marketing materials to ensure quality, clarity, consistency, and alignment with the ProcessVenue and WorkplaceSLM brand voices.

Idea Contribution: Proactively share creative ideas for content campaigns, storytelling, and communication strategies to make our technical products more accessible, expressive, and relatable.

Brand Voice: Maintain a clear, engaging, and professional tone that resonates with our target B2B audiences.

Required Skills

Exceptional English Command: Impeccable grammar, strong vocabulary, and a demonstrated flair for creative and professional writing.

Digital & Content Acumen: Understanding of content marketing principles and experience in writing for web and social media platforms.

AI Proficiency: Proven ability to use AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) effectively to enhance productivity without compromising quality.

Commitment to Quality: High attention to detail and a strong focus on producing error-free, reader-friendly content.

Startup Mindset: Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with an eagerness to learn.

Knowledge of multiple languages can be an advantage.

Eligibility

Anyone with a demonstrable passion for writing and a portfolio/sample of their work. (Open to students, recent graduates, or those looking for a high-impact contract role.)
