We are looking for a freelance website content writer / UX copywriter to help improve and create content for our B2C travel website: Business Travel.

Business Travel is a travel booking platform where customers can book or request assistance for flights, hotels, visas, travel insurance, holiday packages and other travel-related services.

This is a project-based freelance requirement, not a full-time role.

· Add trust-building content

· Improve enquiry form messaging

· Add clear customer guidance for bookings, visa help, hotel enquiries, flight support and insurance requests

· Create better CTA lines for phone, WhatsApp, email and enquiry forms

3. Email Acknowledgement Templates

Write automated email acknowledgement content for:

· General enquiry received

· Flight enquiry received

· Hotel enquiry received

· Visa enquiry received

· Travel insurance enquiry received

Create or improve short service page/section content for:

Ideal Freelancer Profile:

· Experience writing website content for travel, tourism, hospitality, visa services, airlines, hotels or booking platforms

· Strong understanding of UX copywriting

· Ability to write clear, professional and conversion-focused content

· Basic SEO knowledge

· Experience writing landing pages and service pages

· Ability to simplify travel services for customers
