Experience - 2 Years

Education - Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate with engineering background.

Experience - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data cleaning, and reporting.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Practical experience with SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis (Pandas, Matplotlib).
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Understanding of basic business statistics and data storytelling.

Project & Reporting Skills

• Experience delivering actionable insights from data sets.
• Ability to create reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
• Data validation, quality checks, and problem-solving mindset

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
• Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Time management and ability to handle multiple data projects.

Added Advantage

• Exposure to certification-aligned tools and methodologies (e.g., Microsoft PL-300, Google Data Analytics).
• Experience with ETL processes or data pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms or data warehousing
