As part of our global outreach strategy, we are strengthening our cold email and outbound marketing systems to ensure high inbox placement and better engagement.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Freelance Email Marketing Consultant / Deliverability Consultant who can:

• Ensure consistent Outlook inbox placement (not spam/junk)
• Build and manage a scalable cold email infrastructure
• Improve reply rates and positive response rates
• Maintain long-term domain and sender reputation

This is a hands-on, results-driven freelance role focused on execution and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Email Deliverability (Primary Focus)

• Manage Outlook / Microsoft 365 inbox placement
• Set up and optimize SPF, DKIM, DMARC
• Handle domain and IP reputation
• Plan mailbox warm-up and volume ramp-up
• Prevent and resolve blacklist issues
• Monitor sender reputation and inbox performance

Goal: Consistent delivery to Outlook Primary Inbox.

2. Cold Email Infrastructure

• Set up and manage multiple domains and mailboxes
• Define sending limits and scaling strategy
• Manage domain and mailbox rotation
• Oversee reply handling systems
• Monitor overall deliverability health

3. Campaign Performance Optimization

• Improve sending patterns and technical setup
• Manage bounce and complaint rates
• Optimize deliverability metrics
• Support long-term, stable performance

4. Content Review Support

• Review subject lines and email structure
• Suggest improvements for better engagement
• Identify spam-trigger risks
• Support improvements in reply and positive reply rates
