• Take designs and build email templates to ensure they are mobile-responsive and accessible.
• Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads, onboard new customers, and promote products or services seamlessly.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times, and layouts to optimize open rates and click-through rates.
• Analyze campaign performance through Google Analytics, SQL queries, and platform-specific analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with copywriters to craft engaging content that aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Monitor e-commerce integrations to track conversions and sales metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly for maximum ROI.

Experience

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on email marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Klaviyo
• Solid understanding of customer segmentation techniques and marketing automation processes.
• Development of segments, lists and workflows to maximize engagement to desired audiences
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop for designing customized email templates.
• Familiarity with analytics tools including Google Analytics, SQL querying skills, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of Klaviyo e-commerce platform and integration of email campaigns with online sales channels.
• Experience working within a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
