United Post House is looking to build a roster of experienced Flame / Online Finishing Artists for premium commercial, branded, and agency post-production work.

This role is for a true finishing artist who can take a locked edit through final online, polish, cleanup, versioning, QC, and delivery. We are looking for someone who is fast, detail-obsessed, calm under client notes, and comfortable working at a high commercial standard.

Responsibilities

- Conform locked edits from XML, AAF, EDL, reference files, and source media

- Check online against offline reference for accuracy

- Handle cleanup, paint, beauty work, screen replacements, object/logo removal, tracking, roto, keying, and compositing as needed

- Integrate color, VFX, graphics, supers, end cards, and final audio deliverables

- Create final versions across multiple specs and aspect ratios, including 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 6s, 15s, 30s, and campaign cutdowns

- Prepare broadcast, web, paid social, and client-specific deliverables

- Perform final QC for framing, titles, safe areas, legal lines, audio sync, color consistency, glitches, and export specs

- Work directly with producers, editors, colorists, and clients when needed

Requirements

- Strong professional experience in Autodesk Flame

- Commercial, branded, agency, or high-end post-production experience preferred

- Strong conform, online, finishing, cleanup, and delivery background

- Ability to work quickly while maintaining premium image quality

- Comfortable receiving client notes and solving problems under deadline

- Strong understanding of finishing workflows, color handoff, VFX handoff, codecs, frame rates, aspect ratios, and final delivery specs

- Nuke, Resolve, Baselight, After Effects, or Mocha experience is a plus, but Flame finishing experience is the priority

Compensation

Freelance day rate based on experience. Please include your rate, reel, availability, software setup, and examples of commercial finishing work.
