Role Overview

We are looking for a Germany-based freelance specialist to support food costing and

supplier sourcing for our brands. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of local

ingredient pricing, supplier networks, and cost optimization within the German market.

Scope of Work

 Convert existing recipes into detailed, Germany-based costing sheets

 Research and source accurate local ingredient pricing

 Identify and recommend reliable food suppliers within Germany

 Suggest suitable local ingredient alternatives where necessary

Key Deliverables

 Costing sheet per recipe (with detailed breakdown)

 Localized ingredient list aligned with German market availability

 Supplier list including basic details, pricing, and contact information

Candidate Profile

 Based in Germany

 Proven experience in food costing, procurement, or sourcing

 Strong familiarity with German food suppliers and pricing structures

 Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
