Dessert39 is a fast-growing Korean premium dessert & café franchise with 400+ stores in South Korea.
The brand is preparing strategic expansion into the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, and surrounding markets) through Master Franchise and Area Developer partnerships.

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced freelance franchise development consultants based in the Middle East to support Dessert39’s market entry by identifying and introducing qualified Master Franchise or Area Developer partners.

This is a remote, contract-based role designed for professionals who already operate within the F&B, café, retail, or franchise ecosystem and have strong local networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential Master Franchise / Area Developer candidates in the Middle East
• Introduce Dessert39 to qualified F&B groups, franchise operators, or investors
• Arrange and support meetings between candidates and Dessert39 HQ (Korea)
• Provide local market insights (regulations, real estate, consumer trends)
• Support early-stage discussions through the partnership evaluation phase

This role focuses on strategic introductions and advisory support, not mass outreach or cold calling.Requirements

• Based in UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Middle East region
• Proven experience in F&B, café, retail, or franchise development
• Strong local network with decision-makers (operators, investors, franchise groups)
• Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or market entry projects
• Comfortable working on a commission-based / success-fee model
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Work Arrangement

• Freelance / Contract
• Fully remote
• Outcome-based, not hourly
• No fixed working hours

Compensation

• Commission-based (Success Fee)
• High-value success fee paid per signed Master Franchise or Area Developer agreement
• Optional lead qualification fee (subject to prior agreement)

No base salary is provided for this role.Target Markets

• United Arab Emirates (UAE)
• Saudi Arabia (KSA)
• Qatar and surrounding Middle East markets
