About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelance developer to design, build, and maintain an AI-powered tax and accounting platform from the ground up.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end technical role where you will take ownership of the system architecture, development, deployment, and ongoing technical implementation.

The ideal candidate is capable of independently delivering secure, scalable, and production-ready fintech-grade systems using modern AI technologies and cloud infrastructure.

What You Will BuildCore Platform

• Client-facing web application and mobile app (or responsive PWA)
• AI/LLM integration layer for processing tax and accounting queries
• Automated generation of:
• VAT reports
• Tax returns
• Advisory letters
• Structured accounting outputs
• Workflow engine for routing, approvals, and output generation
• Admin dashboard for licensed tax agents to review, approve, or reject AI-generated outputs before delivery

Compliance & Security Features

• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for admin accounts
• Tamper-proof audit logging system
• Emergency “Kill Switch” for halting output generation instantly
• Auto-rejection logic for incomplete, high-risk, or out-of-scope submissions

Data & Integrations

• Client database with licence-number and email-based tracking
• Referral / affiliate tracking system
• Payment gateway integrations (Stripe, PayTabs, or equivalent)
• Automated invoicing, billing, and refund handling

Infrastructure

• Cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Geographic redundancy and disaster recovery setup
• Daily automated backups with restoration testing
• CI/CD deployment pipeline
• API documentation and developer manuals

Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have Skills

• Strong backend development experience using:
• Python (FastAPI/Django), Node.js, or equivalent
• Experience integrating LLM APIs:

• Frontend development using:

• Database design and management:

• Redis or similar caching systems
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)

• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals:
• Encryption
• OWASP Top 10
• Secure authentication practices

Strong Advantages

• Fintech, TaxTech, or compliance platform experience
• Arabic-language NLP or bilingual platform development
• React Native or Flutter mobile development
• Experience with audit logging or tamper-evident systems
• Prompt engineering for structured financial outputs

Deliverables & Standards

The selected developer will be expected to provide:

• Detailed project phase plan and milestones
• Bi-weekly progress reports
• Full technical documentation and developer manual
• Internal code comments and maintainable architecture
• Emergency operations and recovery manual
• Clean handover standards enabling another developer to manage the system within 15 days

All code, databases, designs, documentation, and technical assets created during the engagement will remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company.
