Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our design and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, be able to translate ideas into visually engaging materials, and work comfortably with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create professional posters, social media graphics, infographics, and presentations.
• Design marketing materials for campaigns, educational series, and corporate branding.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to develop visual assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and the CALIM website.
• Work on layouts, typography, and color consistency across all designs.
• Edit images and videos for online use (basic video editing is a plus).
• Deliver creative ideas aligned with the company’s vision and audience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of modern design trends, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating B2B corporate or consulting-related graphics.
• Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Understanding of Middle East corporate design style is a plus.
