Summary:
A graphic and video designer is responsible for creating visual content that communicates messages and ideas effectively, and should have strong artistic skills, a keen eye for detail, creativity, proficiency in design software, and the ability to communicate ideas visually.
Key responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Design motion graphic and videos for content productions
- Design PowerPoint presentations and decks that effectively communicate key messages and data.
- Develop creative concepts and designs for promotional materials, including banners, flyers, and advertisements.
- Design and layout website elements ensuring a consistent and professional look.
- Work closely with web developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Work with clients to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Premier, After Effects).
- Experience with web design tools and software (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
- Ability to manage time efficiently meet project deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.

1. This is a Part-time contract based on a remote setting, we don't have any plan to offer you a permanent position for this role

3. Project length: 6 months renewable based on performance.
