Job Summary :

Decibel Gardens is looking for a dedicated, self-motivated and versatile graphic designer to add to our team. Candidates should be reliable and trustworthy, with an innovative and creative spirit.

This opportunity will afford the right person a chance to become part of our existing core team and you will be instrumental in helping to shape the direction and future of our creative portfolio.

This is an important embodiment of our brand, and key to setting us apart from the competition as we grow. Candidates must be 21 years of age or older at time of applying for the position.

Job Type: Part-Time, Remote if Applicable

Responsibilities and Duties:

● Designing and Creating artwork for Product Labels and Boxes
● Designing artwork that is consistent with our style

Qualifications and Skills

● Advanced knowledge of graphic design software
○ Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Etc.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills
● Innovative and Creative Mind
● Passion for excellence and perfection
● Artwork portfolio to display at interview
● Experience with Remote Communications (if applicable)

Compensation:

● To be determined based on experience

Location/Work Environment:

Our Current facility is located in Northern Monterey County, with a planned expansion into the city of Santa Cruz.

Job Types: Contract, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Experience:

• Graphic design: 4 years (Preferred)
• Adobe Creative Suite: 4 years (Preferred)
• Adobe Illustrator: 4 years (Preferred)
