About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Freelancer Graphic Designer to join our dynamic advertising team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for bringing ideas to life through visually engaging designs that align with client objectives and digital marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with creative leads, copywriters, and strategists to produce high-quality digital assets for social media, campaigns, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is a versatile designer who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment, stays up to date with design trends, and consistently delivers fresh, impactful, and on-brand visuals.


Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver compelling visuals that align with client objectives and strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with creative leads, UX/UI designers, strategists, and copywriters to produce cohesive,high-quality content across multiple platforms.
  • Create a wide range of digital assets, including static and animated social media graphics, marketing collaterals, web banners, infographics, and presentation decks.
  • Provide a high level of finalized artwork — raster, vector graphics, and simple motion animations.
  • Translate creative briefs into visually engaging layouts while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, emerging tools, and technologies relevant to digital and social media.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to elevate creative output.
  • Adapt quickly to feedback, revisions, and shifting project priorities.
  • Maintain organized file structures and version control for design assets.
  • Proactively learn and adopt new design software and techniques as part of continuous professional growth.


Experience, Education, and Skills:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand consistency.
  • Experience designing for social media platforms and understanding their rules, formats, and technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Harvest, Basecamp, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Monday.com, Slack, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills - able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating modern, clean, and impactful designs.
  • Open to learning new tools, trends, and creative techniques to continuously improve skills.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in motion graphics or animation.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or advanced editing plug-ins
  • Familiar with Slack, Monday.com, and Google plug-ins
