Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience is mandatory
• Must have strong candidate sourcing skills
• Ability to manage end-to-end hiring independently

Hiring Requirements:

We are actively hiring for:

• Customer Support roles
• Sales processes
• Freshers and experienced candidates
• "Candidates with basic or poor English skills are also eligible for some positions"

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates independently using any platform
• Screen and coordinate candidates for interviews
• Ensure candidates appear, get selected, and join
• Handle the recruitment process until successful joining

Higher sourcing volume will directly increase your earnings.

Payout Structure:

• ₹2000 - ₹7000 per successful joining
• Candidate must complete 60 days with the company
• Payment will be released within 3–5 working days after completion of 60 days

Additional Advantage:

• After 20 successful joinings, the company will provide direct leads if required
• This support will help increase joinings and overall earnings

Batch Information:

• Batches will start after 25th January , 2K26
• We need at least 10 Joining per months
• There will be a training session as well
