Overview

We are looking to expand our associate part-time instructors/trainers who are based in Riyadh. Applicants must be currently residing in Riyadh. As a Freelance associate Instructor/trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning journey of our learners and clients, delivering engaging training sessions, both virtually and in the classroom, to ensure a rich and immersive experience for every learner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions, both virtually and in the classroom.
• Tailor sessions to meet the unique needs of diverse clients and learners.
• Collaborate with the sales team by contributing to client briefs, course outlines and course developments.
• Drive learner evaluations and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support program development and contribute to course content as needed.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in technical training, IT instruction, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge in software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics or IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

As a Freelance associate instructor/trainer, you should be driven by a passion for sharing knowledge and supporting learners on their learning journey. You will facilitate virtual classes or lead classroom sessions and create an environment that fosters learning, growth and skill development. Excellent communication - with diverse learners, clients and internal teams - is essential. Self-motivation, resilience, and a positive mindset are important, along with business acumen and strong writing and presentation skills to support our sales efforts.

Our freelance rates reflect compensation based on expertise and success. While there is no traditional benefits package, we recognise and reward contributions. You will have the flexibility to work remotely, with possible travel to locations in the EMEA region or client sites to deliver courses or improve training programs. You will also have access to free Learning Tree courses, a supportive community, and a dedicated team to help you become an effective instructor.

What Next

We have a structured selection process to assess your fit as a Freelance associate instructor/trainer. You may be asked to demonstrate your knowledge, have a virtual meeting with a course author, and, if successful, attend a 2-day virtual course to learn Learning Tree's course methodology and assess your ability to deliver content confidently.
