Freelance Logistics Sales Agent – Air & Sea Cargo – Freight Forwarding UAE

About the Role:

VostokLog UAE is looking for experienced freelance logistics sales agents in Dubai and the UAE.

We are a Dubai-based freight coordination company supporting clients with air freight, sea freight, road transport, GCC shipments, cross-trade shipments and logistics coordination through our carrier and agent network.

This role is suitable for logistics sales professionals, freight forwarding sales executives, customs broker contacts, export/import consultants, and industry-specific BDMs with existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads from importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders and distributors.
• Collect RFQs for air, sea, road and cross-trade shipments.
• Introduce decision-makers such as logistics managers, procurement managers, supply chain managers and business owners.
• Share complete shipment details with our Dubai operations team.
• Support follow-up with clients until quotation and shipment confirmation.
• Maintain professional communication with clients.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customs clearance, shipping, cargo sales or B2B export/import sales.
• Existing client contacts in UAE.
• Good understanding of air freight, sea freight, road freight or cargo coordination.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to generate real RFQs, not only general leads.

Compensation:

• Commission-based cooperation.
• Commission is paid from confirmed gross profit after client payment is collected.
• No fixed salary during the initial trial period.
• Strong performers may be offered a retainer or long-term cooperation.
