Freelance Logistics Sales Agent – Air & Sea Cargo - Turkey

Location: Istanbul / Mersin / Izmir / Bursa / Remote within Turkey

About the Role:

VostokLog UAE is looking for freelance logistics sales agents in Turkey.

We support international freight coordination for air freight, sea freight, road freight, cross-trade shipments and cargo movement through our Dubai operations team and global freight partner network.

This role is suitable for experienced logistics sales professionals, freight forwarding sales agents, export consultants, customs broker contacts and B2B salespeople with existing Turkish client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads from Turkish exporters, importers, manufacturers and trading companies.

Collect RFQs for air, sea, road and cross-trade shipments.

Introduce decision-makers in logistics, export, procurement and supply chain departments.

Collect complete shipment details for accurate pricing.

Support client follow-up until quotation and shipment confirmation.

Help build long-term client relationships for VostokLog UAE.

Target Sectors:

• Textiles and apparel
• Furniture
• Machinery
• Construction materials
• Food products
• Automotive spare parts
• Industrial spare parts
• Packaging
• Chemicals, only with proper compliance details

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, customs clearance, transport or export sales.

Existing Turkish client network.

Ability to generate real RFQs.

Good English communication preferred.

Strong follow-up discipline.

Compensation:

Commission-based cooperation.

Commission is paid from confirmed gross profit after client payment is collected.

No fixed salary during the first trial period.

Strong performers may be considered for retainer-based long-term cooperation.
