Freelance Marketing Executive – Interior Fit-Out & Construction (Commission-Based)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Freelance Marketing Executive to support business development in the Interior Fit-Out and Construction sector. The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience in the UAE market and the ability to generate leads and convert them into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and secure projects in:
• Interior Fit-Out Works
• Joinery & Carpentry
• Swimming Pool Construction
• Landscaping Works
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into successful projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing/business development within the UAE Interior Fit-Out or Construction industry
• Strong network of industry contacts (consultants, contractors, developers, clients)
• Track record of bringing confirmed projects/orders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused
• UAE driving license is an advantage

Compensation & Benefits:

• Freelance / Commission-Based Role
• Attractive commission on successful project acquisition
• Commission Structure: 2% – 3% of total project value

Alternative Option (Full-Time):

• Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 + Incentive Slab Structure
